Gathering of Great Minds
    Old Business

• Pam will be getting the event organized and will have a plan set by our next meeting. 
• Food - Morning would be breakfast, afternoon session would be snacks. Possibly looking at other vendors. 
• Elementary will participate in the morning. High School will be in the afternoon. Teachers that teach middle school or grade levels can choose which session they participate in. 
• Evan will contact the superintendents and get elementary/high school numbers.
• Need to determine how many sessions we will offer. 
• Book Study - Are there funds to purchase books (superintendents)? 

    New Business

• Vendors - do we want them in attendance and presenting? 
  • Allowed to come but not present. We will have an area set up for them.
• Presenters- I was at a meeting at UMD where several profs mentioned that they would like to reach out to school districts especially science as curriculum is changing.
• Schedule - What will the day look like?
• Presenter agreed to two keynotes (1 hour each, am/pm)
• Schedule from March 2020:
  • Elementary AM
  • 8:30-9:30 Keynote
  • 9:40-10:30 Session 1
  • 10:40-11:30 Session 2
  • High School PM
  • 12:00-1:00 Keynote
  • 1:10-2:00 Session 1
  • 2:10-3:00 Session 2

• AM/PM Numbers
• Wrenshal wondering if we can live feed it so they do not need to bus people over? McGregor has asked for a similar setup.
• What will the other half of the day look like for schools?
• Chickadee in Barnum said that they would be able to cater… Just need to decide what we want for food. (How much do we have to spend)
